Settled In

So a full week has passed (more than a week, actually), and I finally feel like I'm settling in nicely. Every now and then I feel a bit of homesickness, mostly when I let my mind wander and I realize that I'm actually living in another country, but for the most part, I'm really enjoying my stay here. The flat is lovely, the city is quaint, and the people seem very nice. Plus, I'm here with CarrieLynn, so that helps. All in all, I'm looking forward to the rest of this adventure, but I am looking forward to going home again in August. Anyway, not much else to report, as we've been snowed in pretty much the entire time I've been here, but hopefully I'll be able to get out and explore more of the city, the country, and the surrounding area soon.
